China has given him a special interest in investing his time in helping orphans
find families.
Charles McGinty, Vice-Chairman & Treasurer, Colorado Springs, CO
Mr. McGinty is the Program Communications Divisional Director at Compassion
International. He has an outstanding background in non-profit marketing and
consulting as well as a passion for meeting the needs of disadvantaged
children.
Christopher Padbury, Denver, CO
Mr. Padbury served five years as the founding executive director of Project
1.27, a faith-based adoption project partnering with the State of Colorado. He
is also the father of four adopted children.
Chris Carter, Colorado Springs, CO
Ms. Carter is a co-founder of Lotus Buds International. She is using her
education background and adoptive parenting experience to direct the training
of counselors and parents in China.
Rick Carter, Colorado Springs, CO
Mr. Carter has 15 years of experience living and working in China. He has a
background in business development and family ministry. He is also an
adoptive father.
