Mr. McGinty is the Agency Director for Marketing at Compassion International.
He has an outstanding background in non-profit marketing and consulting as
well as a passion for meeting the needs of disadvantaged children.
Christopher Padbury, Denver, CO
Mr. Padbury is the executive director of Project 1.27, a faith-based adoption
project partnering with the State of Colorado. He is also the father of four
adopted children.
Chris Carter, Kunming, China
Ms. Carter is a co-founder of Lotus Buds International. She is using her
education background and adoptive parenting experience to direct the training
of counselors and parents in China.
Rick Carter, Executive Director, Kunming, China
Mr. Carter has nine years of experience living and working in China. He has a
background in business development and family ministry. He is also an
adoptive father.
